但是！現在日本正流行著”古早味的扎實布丁”

就是以前喫茶店會賣的那種硬款布丁。

 

許多雜誌都在介紹

 

這回就跟大家推薦一間賣古早味布丁的咖啡店

 

位於大阪・南森町，店名叫「Cafe Toki ona」

非常可愛的外觀耶！

 

哇～～裡面裝潢也太可愛

 

充滿復古的感覺啊！

 

２樓也有座位喔

也很注重小細節的擺設

 

大家有發現這是什麼嗎？這是用以前裁縫機去改造的桌子！

超有趣～

 

菜單在這～

除了甜品飲料之外也有古早味拿坡里義大利麵等鹹食餐點

 

這回要介紹的就是這個

古早味布丁

 

Classical Pudding(￥380)

啊～～～你看～～這宛如童話故事裡出現的布丁！連裝布丁的盤子都超級復古！

少女心大開♡

 

上面還有生奶油跟顆小櫻桃

 

整體真的就是像是以前媽媽會自己在家做的那種傳統布丁口感

然後這焦糖可是加了咖啡在裡面呢！甜甜苦苦的滋味裡略帶點咖啡香，真是特別。

微苦的焦糖與蛋香十足的布丁更是絕配！

是款大人的布丁啊～

 

我大概能了解為什麼日本現在會這麼流行古早味布丁了～

因為實在太有魅力了啦！
